If you payed attention to the dialogues between MC and vallabelle the thing is MC has problems having sex with Vallabelle because hes not circumcised, hes so bad and having sex that he has the penis not even fully developed, I think Durrak being circumcised is to emphasize that has more experienced in sex.
Sorry but the idea that someone is “so bad at having sex that their penis isn’t even fully developed” sounds more like bad fanfiction than any serious character analysis..
Also, why would being circumcised automatically mean someone has more sexual experience? — it would actually make more sense for him to be uncircumcised, it fits his whole vibe way better.

I should have clarified that the picture I uploaded is not official. It was just a quick edit of mine (and I forgot to add a lot more pubic hair, because he's supposed to look like a werewolf down there). Now that I think about it, I kind of want to edit mc's junk as well

and apparently, it's pretty common for circumcised men to be more confident with their bodies, which translates to them gathering more experience over the years, of course it's not 100% of the cases and this difference in experience is nothing crazy either but it makes sense kinda.
