Ever been caught creeping? Is it illegal?

A while back I was caught in a bookstore filming this HOT Asian girl. She was wearing these TIGHT leather pants and had a great ass. She didn't catch me but an employee did and I got the hell out of there.

Has anyone ever been caught creeping and is filming a woman's pants in public illegal?

If it is in public view and on public property, generally it is not. (Usually in most states)

Private property, the rules are established by the owner(s).

If your video recording becomes harassing in nature, it is.

If you are going for upskirts and things like that, then you should be arrested and publicly humiliated.

They call it creeping for a reason.

It's creepy.

sometimes I back up and look at something else in another window and then come back and forget if I wrote a thread and forgot to push send.
as you age you get demented

I remember it also- sometimes more people notice it again later on
but going back to comment on old threads is frownwd on by some.
as it rises to the top again
